Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and can only be absorbed by the body together with fat. Our vitamin D3 powder can also provide vitamin D3 in oil-based form: vitamin D3 is first dissolved in the MCT oil in coconut and then dried into a fine powder. In this way, even in the capsule form, the best absorption of vitamin D3 can be ensured.
 In order to obtain an absolutely uniform distribution of vitamin D3 in the active ingredient powder and therefore a precise dosage of the capsule, only ultra-pure, nano-particle-free microcrystalline cellulose is used. Common drug changes between capsules usually do not occur.
 Vitamin D and Vitamin K2
 Vitamin D and vitamin K2 are cofactors that regulate calcium metabolism. The two vitamins work together to control bone formation and degradation of cells and important transport molecules, thus ensuring the proper use of calcium.
 If vitamin K2 is deficient when taking vitamin D3, there is a risk of excessive storage of calcium in blood vessels and organs (risk of calcification, arteriosclerosis, kidney stones, etc.). Sunday's natural vitamin D3 and K2 MK7 mix the two nutrients in a ratio that ensures the best interaction.
